Every Wednesday thru October at 10:30am Market to Plate Executive Chef Lunch Tour. Local Roots Food Tours is offering a special tour including a shopping trip through Chavez Farmers Market to collect fresh ingredients to use in 4 course VIP lunch with wine pairing. Executive chef Russell Michel will be offering a fantastic educational lunch with one on one time talking to tour group participants about seasonal produce and recipe ideas on how to create a farm to table meal. Ending tour with special bakery tour and executive pastry chef Carissa Jones giving demo on seasonal fruits and dessert pairings.

April 20-28th is the 9th annual Sacramento Film Festival! The films are being screened at The Crocker and the Delta King in Old Town Sac and each day is dedicated to a theme.
