Vibe Health Bar

Dragon Pitaya Bowl. The Cure Smoothie. Root Awaking Wrap.
No, this isn’t the menu at a high-end health spa. It’s actually the daily offerings at Vibe Health Bar, an amazing restaurant located in the heart of the Oak Park neighborhood of Sacramento.
Vibe Health Bar is the concept of Sacramento natives Brandon and Rachel Brodzky. They wanted a place to share their passion for healthy eating which also embodied their outlook on life – keep things positive and full of good vibes.
And they are completely on point with this awesome little gem.
The menu features a number of acai bowls, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, and even a few kid-friendly options.
On my recent trip to Vibe for brunch, I enjoyed the Beez Nuts Acai Bowl. In addition to the acai and berry blend, it was topped with strawberries, bananas, granola, almond butter, and local honey. The bowl was absolutely delicious, super healthy, and completely satisfied my sweet tooth.
Another popular offering at Vibe is their Avocado Toast. According to Shaun Leeper, one of the partners of Vibe, people come from all over Sacramento to get their fix.
All of Vibe’s ingredients are non-GMO and incredibly fresh. They also enjoy partnering with other local companies. Their coffee is from local purveyors Chocolate Fish and Brass Clover Cold Brew Coffee, the juices are from Liquidology, and they feature Zeal Kombucha.
Keeping things local and being a part of the community is important to the owners. The Brodzky’s picked Oak Park as the home for their first location because of the neighborhood’s diversity and mixture of cultures. The area is seeing a wonderful revitalization and Vibe is excited to be a part of that movement.
Stop by for breakfast, lunch, or pick up something for dinner. Their fall/winter hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; and Sunday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
