Contrary to what Mother Nature would like us to believe, fall is here. We all love fall so much that even if we’re rocking the high 80’s we’re still busting out our earth tones, boots/booties and ordering anything with pumpkin in it.   2. Oct 2: Like Trains AND Zombies?  The Zombie Train starts Oct 2 and runs through Nov 7.
  3. Oct 3: Everyone loves a block party so check out the R Street Block Party!
  4. Oct 8: Catch the last Oak Park Gather of the season. Get the fried Chicken from SOUTH for dinner. 
  5. Oct 9-10: Grab a pretzel and all the steins of beer at Ocktoberfest at Sacramento Turn Verein.
  6. Oct 10: Mimic the Beatles Abbey Road walk with friends at the unveiling of the Rainbow Crosswalk Community Unveiling in Midtown
  7. Oct 10: Throw on your favorite “artsy” dress and head to the Neo-Crocker 5th Anniversary Party!
  8. Oct 10: Winetoberfest at the Old Sugar Mill and the Delta Saturday Art Walk.
  9. Oct 23: Check out a Haunted Fort lantern lit tour for under $10 – Sutter’s Fort State Historic Park. History can be spoooooky.
