Sacramento Arts Festival: Your Destination for Early Holiday Shopping
The 16th Annual Sacramento Arts Festival is coming up at the Sacramento Convention Center on November 1-3. I haven’t been in a few years, but definitely plan on attending this year.
Not only are you supporting local artists, but you can find some really unique and beautiful Christmas gifts. Start your shopping early, people! From stoneware to pottery to paintings to hand made tea sets and ornaments, you truly never know what you are going to find.
There are jewelers, photographers and even live music including the GG Amos Blues Band, the Kurt Ribak Jazz Quartet, Dirk K, jazz soloist and Scott Meltzer & Katrine Spang-Hansen. Not only that, but there is a restaurant row with tasty bites and drinks to keep your energy up as you walk around the festival.
If you are feeling particularly adventurous, you can even check out the on-site wire wrapping classes.
Hours are 10am – 6pm on Friday and Saturday and 10am -5pm on Sunday, and tickets are $8 each. (But if you visit the website, you can print a $1 off coupon.)
Support these artists & get your shopping done early!
