Mustaches are Sexy…At Least for November

By Kira Rasmussen

This time each year, men all over the United States and around the world are using Movember as a very valid excuse to celebrate and grow glorious mustaches. They’re known affectionately as Mo Bros, and it’s all for a good cause of course; to raise funds for men’s health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer initiatives. A cause particularly close to my heart, as my father is a prostate cancer survivor.

To join in on the mustachery, visit and check it out. Men and women (known as Mo Sistas) can register as an individual or team to help support the cause or donate to an individual mustache or team of mustaches.

My Funds will be going to Mustache Squad 5000, because they’re an awesome group of Men on the Grid with great ‘stache potential. Last year the team, then known as Mustache Squad 2000, met and exceeded their fund raising goal of $2,000 and so a name change was in order. You can watch them getting their shave on in a Mass Movember Shaving at Good Day Sacramento here and donate to help keep their mustaches waxed here.
