King of Feasts Luau – A Roaring Good Time
By the Editors
Love the Sacramento Zoo? Love supporting local restaurants and wineries? Then do we have the event for you!
After you finish the mid-century home tour, you should join the ladies of Good Day Sacramento and the Bee’s Rick Kushman at a Luau to benefit the Sacramento Zoo. Complete with Ukulele players, hula dancers and a “Classic Tiki Cocktail Mixology” competition by the coordinators of Midtown Cocktail Week.
But one lucky Girl on the Grid is going to win 2 free tickets! Just be the first one to accurately answer: Which hilarious and iconic TV star visited the Sacramento Zoo in 2009 to welcome the new baby giraffe and tour its’ new home – Tall Wonders? (Hint: she’s been mentioned on this blog before).
